Meeting held between CSC e-Governance Services India
Limited and Ministry of Finance regarding engagement of CSCs as BCs. The
Finance Ministry has approved and asked all the Banks to expedite the
engagement of CSCs as BCs across the Country.VLE shall not pay any amount to
any person for engagement as a BC except the cost of biometric device. VLEs to
contact the Local Branch Manager so that he can be engaged as BC for Financial
Inclusion.
